Overview
Tags help you organize your contacts into meaningful groups, making it simple to target communications effectively.
For post scheduling, you can select a tag to send a post only to that specific segment, such as prospects, clients at a certain stage, or a niche business type. This keeps messages relevant and timely while saving time by removing the need to select contacts individually.
Access Tags
Click the Settings Gear Icon in the top menu.
Under Tools, select Manage Tags.
Add Tags to your Firm's Back Office
Use the Add button to create new tags manually.
You can also import tags from your CRM.
⚠️ Caution: Tags should be created and managed in your CRM. This ensures consistency across your systems. Once imported, you can assign or remove those tags in the platform, but any new tags or edits should be made in your CRM first.
Bulk Actions (Assign/Remove Tags in Bulk)
Use Manage Tags to assign or remove tags in bulk.
Filter Contacts
Narrow your list before applying bulk tag actions by filtering by:
Primary Advisor
Contact Type
Status
Or search for a specific Contact
Apply Bulk Tag Actions
Use the checkboxes to select the contacts you wish to add or remove tags from.
Click Next Step.
From the Actions dropdown menu, choose whether to assign or remove tags.
In the Select Tags box, select one or more tags to add or remove from the selected contacts.
Click the Assign or Remove button to apply your changes.
