Contacts Module Overview

The Contacts module is your central hub for every client, prospect, or lead you support. Whether you're the primary advisor or part of a contact’s team, this page gives you visibility and control over your assigned relationships—without needing to search across the system.

The Contacts module is not just a directory—it’s a strategic tool for managing outreach, monitoring engagement, and delivering consistent client experiences. Whether you're supporting onboarding, client engagement, or campaign delivery, this page is where your day-to-day contact management begins.

What You’ll See in the Contacts Module

Each row in the contact list displays key information:

Contact Name – Click to open the Contact Summary Page.

Primary Advisor – Displays the contact's primary advisor assignment.

Contact Type – Client, Prospect, or Lead.

Status – Indicates their onboarding or engagement status (e.g., Not Invited, Invited, Active).

Last Login – Use this to track engagement.

Actions – Edit contact details, reset their password, or delete the contact.

You can sort by Contact Type, Status, Advisor, or Last Login. This makes it easy to prioritize outreach, plan assignments, and manage activity at scale.

Add Contacts

Use the Add button to bring new contacts into the system:

Import from CRM – Pull contact records from your integrated CRM.

Update from CRM – Refresh an existing contact’s record with updated CRM data. This is always a manual action to avoid disrupting assigned experiences.

Add Manually – Enter a contact directly without syncing.

Bulk Actions

The Bulk Actions menu enables batch management of contacts. Select one or more contacts to:

Assign a new experience to Contacts individually or in bulk, including a Card Template, Resource Template, Featured Resource Template, Team, and Campaign. You can assign and invite contacts into their experience directly from here.

Change the active experience (or an experience element) of contacts individually or in bulk without ending it or starting over.

Invite / Re-invite

Invite is used for contacts who haven’t yet accessed the app.

Re-invite resends the welcome for contacts who may need a reminder to log in.

This report provides a detailed view of which contacts are assigned to which experiences or campaigns. You can filter, review progress, and export the data for planning or reporting purposes.

Click any contact name to access the Contact Summary Page, where you can:

  • Sync and Update the Contact from your CRM.

  • Review or edit the contact’s information (including Integration data).

  • Assign or update their experience, including their team or campaign.

  • View their login history, assigned advisors, and other contact-specific settings.

This is the best place to manage individual follow-ups or make adjustments based on a contact’s activity and engagement.
