Client Onboarding Overview
Before inviting clients (or prospects) into your firm’s app, it’s important to make sure their information is accurate and properly organized. Follow these steps to seamlessly bring contacts into the platform and set them up for a smooth experience:
Confirm contact details in your CRM – Verify that contact information is complete and up to date in your CRM to make the data sync smooth.

Sync into the Import Table – Pull contact data into the platform’s import table for review.
Review Contact Data – Check for any missing or incorrect details before finalizing the import.
Import desired Contacts – Select the contacts you want to bring into the platform.
Assign to the desired Advisor Template – Link each contact to the appropriate Advisor Template for a tailored experience.
Invite them to their App Experience – Send SMS and email invitations to the contacts, guiding them to access their personalized app experience.
Invite Contacts to Their Experience
Once your Contacts are assigned to the correct Advisor Template, you are ready to send a system invitation into the platform experience.

Assign and Invite Imported Contacts to Advisor Templates in Bulk
Navigate to Templates.
Navigate to the desired Advisor Template.
Click Contacts.
Click Assign.
Select the desired Contacts or assign in bulk.
Reminder: Only contacts with the same Primary Advisor, as defined by the Advisor Template, can be assigned to that template.
You have two options–
Click Assign to assign the Contact to the Template. The Contact will not receive any notification of this assignment.
OR
Click Assign and Invite to assign the Contact to the Template AND send an SMS and Email Invitation to download your firm's app and join your app experience.
If you choose the first option (step 6), your Contacts will show in your Advisor Template as Assigned and can be invited at any time.
💡Tip: Even if your Assigned Contact does NOT receive a System Invite, they can still log in using their associated email or phone number. If they’re invited outside the system by you or the firm (in person or via email campaign), they can still access their experience!
Bulk Invite Assigned Contacts to Advisor Templates
Navigate to the desired Advisor Template.
Click Contacts.
Click Invite
Select the desired Contacts.
Click Invite.
Selected Contacts will now appear in your Template's Contact list as Invited.
Individually Invite Assigned Contacts to Advisor Templates
Once you've assigned an Individual Contact to a Template, you're ready to send a system invite.
Navigate to Templates.
Navigate to the desired Advisor Template.
Click Contacts.
Click the Actions drop down.
Click Invite.
This triggers a SMS and Email Invitation to download your firm's app and join your app experience
The Contact Status will now reflect as Invited.
