Review Contact Data – Check for any missing or incorrect details before finalizing the import.
Import desired Contacts – Select the contacts you want to bring into the platform.

Assign and Invite Imported Contacts to Their App Experience
Before inviting contacts, make sure each one has a complete Experience assigned, including a Team and an Onboarding Campaign. This ensures each contact receives the right content, messaging, and support from the moment they log in. Inviting contacts without these assignments may lead to an incomplete experience.
Go to the Contacts module.
Click Bulk Actions.
Select Invite/Reinvite.
Choose one of the following:
Bulk Invite – Invite all eligible contacts in bulk.
Search and Filter – Use filters like Contact Type, Status, or specific contact names.
Use the checkboxes to select all desired contacts.
Click Next Step.
Click Invite to send SMS and email invitations.
💡Tip: Even if your Assigned Contact does NOT receive a System Invite, they can still log in using their associated email or phone number. If they’re invited outside the system by you or the firm (in person or via email campaign), they can still access their experience!
