Let's start with logging in!

Your client’s login experience begins with downloading your firm’s app.

Once installed, they will log in using the credentials created by their email address and phone number imported from your CRM. You may also manually create your Contacts in your platform.

💡 Tip: For a smoother first-time login experience, we recommend clients use their mobile number.

⚠️ Caution: If logging in with their email address for the first time, clients will need to click Forgot Password?, then follow the link in their email inbox to set a password.

After logging in, clients can enable Face ID for faster access in the future. Once inside, they’ll land on their homepage, where they can view their card carousel, action items, reminders, and other important resources.

💡 Tip: Contacts can also login on their desktop using the same credentials via your firm's URL.

Now, let’s review the Homepage and Push Notification experiences

The Homepage is your client’s central hub, displaying key information such as their card carousel, action items, scheduled events, and featured resources. From here, they can navigate to different sections of the app, ensuring they stay informed and engaged.

Push Notifications keep clients updated in real time, alerting them of:

  • Feed Posts

  • Messages

  • New Action Items

  • Action Item Reminders

  • Reminders

  • Custom Push Notifications

These notifications help clients stay on track and responsive, ensuring they never miss important communications or tasks.

Let’s look at the primary communication tools

The Client App provides an intuitive experience for clients to stay connected and manage their financial journey. Key functionalities include:

  • Feed: Access advisor updates, announcements, and educational content.

  • Messaging: Securely communicate with your advisor in real time.

  • Action Items: Track and complete tasks assigned by your advisor.

Resource Library

Clients can easily access the Resource Library in the app to view valuable resources you’ve curated for them. Once logged in, they simply navigate to the “Resources” section, where they’ll find categories you’ve organized to suit their needs, such as Financial Planning Guides or Insights or Blogs.

Tapping on a category allows them to explore various resources, including documents, links, videos, and more.
