Advisor and Client Notifications Overview
Both advisors and clients receive different types of notifications—push (via app), email, or SMS—to keep them informed of key actions within the app.
While push notifications serve as the primary method for real-time updates, certain actions may also trigger email or SMS alerts to maintain smooth communication across platforms. The goal is to keep the engagement within the app and out of email, which can easily become overwhelming and cluttered.
