Admin Settings Overview

The Settings menu (gear icon) is your central hub for managing firm-wide configurations, tools, integrations, and client experience elements. Use this area to build and maintain the structure advisors rely on to engage their contacts effectively.


Manage Experience

Configure the components that shape what clients see and receive in the app:

Card Templates – Pre-built sets of cards for Experiences.

Resource Templates – Build and organize content into structured categories.

Featured Resource Templates – Build a template of specific resources for client app homepages.

Campaigns – Create sequenced onboarding or engagement journeys that trigger automatically.

Teams – Build advisor teams to manage contact relationships and communication.

Experiences – Configure complete experiences to contacts, combining cards, resources, and featured resources.


Tools

Set up the assets and features available to advisors:

Manage Cards – Build, edit, and organize individual cards for display in the client app.

Manage Tags – Create and maintain tags used for filtering, segmentation, and scheduling.

Custom Notifications – Write reusable push notifications for use in reminders and campaigns.

Manage Reminders – Configure prewritten reminders that advisors can schedule for contacts.

Manage Action Items – Create templated tasks advisors can assign to contacts.


Integration Report

View and manage contact data synced from your integrated platforms:

  • Black Diamond Contacts

  • eMoney Contacts

  • Orion Contacts

  • Addepar Contacts

  • Tamarac Contacts


Users

Manage the people in your firm and the contacts they support:

  • Advisors – Add, remove, or edit internal users and their permissions.

  • Households – View and manage all synced or manually added contacts.


Reports

Track engagement and activity across your firm:

  • Advisor Experience – Review advisor activity and client touchpoints.

  • Vendor Report – Analyze third-party content usage.

  • Inactivity – Identify contacts who have not engaged recently.

  • Referral – Monitor and manage client referrals.

Knowledge Base – Direct access to platform documentation, guides, and FAQs.


Business Settings

Control firm-wide settings related to branding, communication, and client-facing behavior. This includes your firm name, time zone, domain, logo, phone number, and app store links.

You’ll also configure auto-email and auto-messaging settings, as well as manage your marketing flow for lead capture and conversion.
