You can now preview the Contact View directly from the web app.
This allows you to see exactly what your clients see in their experience—helping you confirm that their setup, resources, and communications are configured correctly.
Use this feature to verify:
The visibility and order of Cards, Resources, and Featured Resources
The client’s assigned Team
The client's available message threads
⚠️ Note: The Contact View is a live environment. Any actions you take while viewing as a contact—such as sending messages or completing action items—will be reflected in the client’s actual account. Proceed carefully when reviewing a live client view.
Preview your Contact's Web Experience
Go to Contacts in the navigation menu.
Search for the desired contact.
Open the Actions menu in the table.
Click View as Contact.
Navigate through Messages, Feed, Action Items, and other sections as needed.
When finished, click Back to My Account to return to your own view.
