Team Assignment Report

See which teams each User (Advisor, CSA, Team Member) is assigned to and how many contacts are their primary responsibility.

Steps to Run the Report

  1. Click the Settings Gear Icon in the top menu.

  2. Select Reports.

  3. Choose Team Assignment Report.

Table View

  • User/Advisor/Team Member

  • Email

  • No. of Teams Assigned - Click on the number to see which teams each advisor is assigned to.

  • No. of Primary Contacts - Number of contacts for which they are the designated Primary Advisor/Team Member.

💡 Tip: Export the report for further analysis or record-keeping.
