Track vendor integration status, identify missing connections, and export reports to streamline vendor ID management.

Vendor Report Overview

The Vendor Report provides an overview of contact integrations, allowing you to filter by vendor, integration ID status, and primary advisor to quickly identify linked or missing connections, along with primary advisor, last login, and integration details.

This report can be exported for further analysis and cross reference.

To Access the Report (Admin ONLY)

  1. Navigate to Reports in the Navigation Menu.

  2. Click Vendor Report.

  3. Update report fields.

  4. Click Search.

  5. Click Export to download a CSV.


Vendor Report Input Field Descriptions

Field

Description

Vendor Name

The name of the vendor providing the integration.

Integration ID

Indicates whether the contact has a linked integration (e.g., "exists" if linked, "doesn't exist" if not).

Contact Type

Specifies the type of contact (e.g., Client, Prospect, Lead).

Primary Advisor

The advisor assigned as the primary point of contact for the contact in the system.


Vendor ID Report Display

Contact Name

The name of the contact linked to the vendor integration.

Contact Type

Specifies the type of contact (e.g., Client, Prospect, Lead)

Advisor

The primary advisor assigned to the contact.

Last Login

The date and time the contact last logged into the platform.

ID

The unique identifier for the contact in the system.


Vendor Report Use Cases

Integration Monitoring
Admins can quickly verify which contacts are successfully linked to a vendor integration and ensure that all necessary data is synchronized properly.

Vendor Integration Status:
The report allows admins to filter by integration ID status, identifying which contacts are linked and which are missing connections, enabling prompt troubleshooting.

Export for Record-Keeping:
The ability to export the report allows for easy documentation of integration status, advisor assignments, and client activity for future analysis or reporting.
