Configure Advisor & Team Member Communication
We've made it easier to manage who your clients can message by letting you configure one-on-one and group messaging directly within the Advisor Template. You can now decide which team members are included in auto-created group messages and tailor those settings by contact, making collaboration seamless from the start.
One-on-One Messaging Configuration
Admins and Advisors can now configure via the Advisor Template which team members should be available for one-on-one messaging upon Contact activation.
Direct Message threads can be configured at the individual contact level and updated based on changes to the team or services.
Group Messaging Configuration
We’ve introduced the ability to automatically create group message threads upon Contact activation within the Advisor Template.
Admins and Advisors can manage a template's group message settings directly from the Advisor Template - Team Module.
Choose which Team members will be included in the automatic group message thread created when a contact becomes active in the template. Admins can also be added to the auto-group message for enhanced collaboration.
Group messages can be configured at the individual contact level and updated based on changes to the team or services.

Import Client’s Vendor IDs from your CRM

Individual Contact Summary Page
Whenever a vendor ID is updated in your CRM, the change will be reflected in the Import Table upon Updating from CRM.

The 🍎Contact Association Report allows you to search and filter by template assignment, template type, template name, contact type, contact, primary advisor, and status, providing a clear view of advisor-client associations. This report can be exported.
The 🍎 Vendor Report gives a clear view of contact integrations by allowing you to select a vendor and filter by integration ID status and primary advisor. Instantly see which contacts are linked—or missing connections—along with their primary advisor, last login, and integration details. This report can be exported.
Bulk Invitations & Re-Invitations
With Bulk Invite, you can select multiple contacts and send invitation emails in just a few clicks, saving time on outreach. Re-Invite Contacts allows advisors to quickly re-engage previously invited contacts by selecting them in bulk and sending re-invites, making follow-ups more efficient.
