Admin Dashboard Overview

With real-time insights into contact engagement, advisor actions, and platform activity, you have everything you need to track success, optimize your firm’s outreach, and drive deeper client connections.

Contacts Widget

View all firm contacts by type and status. See where every contact stands–– so nothing slips through the cracks.

Clickable widgets let you jump straight to filtered lists, like Invited, Ready to Invite, or Active, making it easy to take action quickly.


Actions Widget

See a history of all scheduled and completed communication tasks—posts, messages, reminders, and more. Useful for tracking firm-wide outreach.

Filter by timeframe, including This Month, Year to Date, or All Time, to get the insights you need.


Action Items Widget

Monitor all Action Items sent to contacts, including delivery and completion status.

Filter by timeframe—This Month, Year to Date, or All Time—to track follow-through and spot trends in client engagement.

You will be brought to your Action Items Reports based on the piece of the wheel you've clicked on.


Utilization Widget

Get insights into advisor and client activity—who’s logging in, engaging with content, and using the app regularly.


Unread Messages Widget

Track outstanding client replies and messages that haven’t been read or responded to. Helps advisors stay on top of communication.

Unread Messages Report

This report highlights where communication may be going unnoticed, helping you quickly follow up. It includes:

Recipient

Identifies the person who has not read the message, either an advisor or a contact.

Message Sender

Shows who sent the message.

Contact Type

Displays whether the message came from a Contact, Team Member, or Admin.

Unread Count

Indicates how many unread messages were sent from that person.

Last Delivered

Notes the date and time the most recent unread message was delivered.

This makes it easy to spot communication gaps and follow up where it matters most.


Top Referrals

Identify your most active advocates to recognize, reward, and keep referrals flowing.
