Advisor Dashboard Contact Widgets Overview

The Contact Widgets on your Advisor Dashboard offer a quick, actionable snapshot of your entire book of business.

With a single click, you can drill into categorized reports to track progress, follow up with intent, and stay organized across every stage of the client journey, from lead to loyal client.

These widgets help you:

  • Quickly assess where your contacts stand

  • Identify who needs outreach or follow-up

  • Track performance of your outreach strategies

  • Maintain a clear pipeline without digging through lists

Each widget links directly to a filtered Contact Report, giving you the insight you need to act efficiently and strategically.

Client Reports

Active Clients

View all contacts currently marked as active clients.

Invited Clients

See contacts who have been invited but have not yet activated their experience.

💡 Tip: Click on Invited Clients to bulk reinvite clients who haven’t yet activated into their experience. It’s an easy way to follow up with everyone at once.

Created Clients

Track all created client profiles.

Client Referrals

Review contacts referred by your existing clients. You are brought into your Referrals Report.

Prospect Reports

Active Prospects

View all contacts currently marked as active prospects.

Invited Prospects

See prospects who have been invited but have not yet activated their experience.

Created Prospects

Track all created prospect profiles.

Leads

View all contacts designated as leads—early-stage connections not yet in the prospect pipeline.


Advisor Back Office Overview

In-App Notifications keep advisors informed of important updates and actions that require their attention. These notifications may include:

  • Post Replies – Alerts for reactions to Posts.

  • Action Items – Notification task completion.

  • Client Activity – Notifications related to client interactions or status changes.

Notifications ensure advisors stay engaged and responsive, helping them manage their workflow efficiently.

Advisor Account Management allows advisors to manage their profile, settings, and integrations within the platform.

The Navigation Menu (sidebar) provides access to key features and tools within the Advisor Back Office. It allows advisors to efficiently manage client relationships, schedule communications, and oversee business activities. Essential function sections include:

  • Schedule – Create and track scheduled posts, messages, action items, and events.

  • Feed – Post updates and view shared content.

  • Messages – Communicate directly with clients.

  • Contacts – Manage client, prospect, and lead information.
