Secure File Uploads for Contacts

Clients and Prospects can now upload files directly into their “My Documents” folder within their Secure Files vault. This streamlines document sharing while keeping sensitive materials secure and easily accessible within the app.


Preview Contact Experience (Web Only)

Admin, Advisors, and Team members can now preview the Contact view directly from the web app. This allows you to see exactly what your clients see in their experience—helping you confirm that their setup, resources, and communications are configured correctly.

Use this feature to verify:

  • The visibility and order of Cards, Resources, and Featured Resources

  • The client’s assigned Team

  • The client's available message threads


Invite or Reinvite from Contact List

You can now send or resend app invitations directly from the Actions dropdown on the Contact List page, making it faster to activate or re-engage clients without navigating away from your list view.


Schedule Enhancements

New Icons for Task Types

Task types now display distinct icons in the calendar and list views, replacing the generic dots.

  • Admins and Advisors will see clear visual cues for each task type.

  • Contacts will see a calendar icon for Events on their Events page, both in list and month views.

List View on Schedule Page

You can now toggle between Calendar View (monthly, weekly, daily) and List View on the Schedule page for a more flex


Team-Based Group Messaging Updates

Schedule Group Messages

Firms using Team-based Group Messaging as their primary communication setup can now schedule messages to their auto-created Group Chats directly from the Schedule page.

This enhancement extends the Schedule feature beyond individual contacts, enabling firms to plan and deliver communications within their Group chats, like announcements or updates, in advance.

Schedule Group Messages in Campaigns

Firms using Team-based Group Messaging as their primary communication setup can now schedule messages to their auto-created Group Chats directly within Campaigns. This enhancement allows firms to automate and plan communications within their Group chats, such as announcements or updates, as part of a campaign sequence.

If your firm uses Group Messaging configurations to manage client communications, this is the method for scheduling messages within Campaigns to ensure that configuration is maintained consistently.


Job Title Master and Visibility

Admins can now create and manage a Job Title master list, assign titles to Advisors or Users, and display those job titles on the My Team page for Contacts—offering a more polished and transparent team presentation.


General Appearance, Performance, and Bug Fixes

This release also includes general performance improvements, UI refinements, and minor bug fixes across the platform to deliver a smoother, faster, and more consistent experience for all users.
