Message Audience Selection

Tags

When you select one or more tags as your audience, your message will be sent to all contacts associated with those tags who are linked to you as their primary or secondary advisor.

This includes contacts across any template where you are assigned as an advisor or team member.

It’s a quick and efficient way to send messages to multiple clients at once!

Contacts

When you choose individual contacts as your audience, you have full control over who receives your message.

Simply select one or more specific contacts from your list by typing in their name. This is ideal for sending personalized messages or content to a particular client or small group, ensuring your communication reaches exactly who you want.

Contact Type

When sending a message to a specific Contact Type—Client, Prospect, or Lead—the message will be delivered to all contacts of that type associated with you, whether you're listed as their primary advisor or as a member of their advisory team.

This makes it easy to reach full segments of your book without needing to rely on Advisor Templates or manual selections.

Message Timing Selection

With message timing selection, you have two options for when your message is delivered:

  • Send Now: Your message will be sent immediately to your selected audience.

  • Schedule: Choose a specific date and time for your message to be delivered, allowing you to plan and send it at the right moment.

This flexibility gives you greater control over your communication, making it easier to manage your messaging.

View Delivered Messages

To view messages that have been delivered, simply navigate to the Messages module from the sidebar menu.

From there, you can access all messages delivered to your contacts. This gives you a clear view of your communication history and allows you to review past messages with ease.
