Send a Direct Message

Accessing Your Messages

You can access your messages in a few locations:

  • Message module in the Navigation Menu.

  • Message icon in the top right of the Advisor's back office.

  • Advisor in-app experience.

Once you're in your Message module, you can find your most recent message threads at the top of the list or use the Search bar to find a specific contact or message group.

  1. Click Message in the Navigation Menu.

  2. Click the thread or contact profile you want to message.

  3. Add a PDF attachment or write your message.

  4. If writing a post, uploading an image is optional.

  5. Click Reply.

Group Messaging

You can create group message threads with multiple contacts, advisory team members, advisors, or the admin. The advisor or admin must create a group message thread; contacts cannot start group messages, but can access them once initiated

Create a Group Message Thread

  1. Go to Message.

  2. Click Create Group.

  3. Name the group and select the members.

  4. Click Save.

  5. When you're ready, write your message or upload your PDF document and click reply.


Client View of Messages

Advisors, Admins, and Contacts will all receive a push notification when they receive a message. They can easily access the message and reply.

Message Contact List

When the contact clicks Messages, they'll be taken to a list of advisors and teams they can message. They may also be able to message the Admin, depending on your firm's settings.

Group Messages

Advisors can create group messages with team members and clients, allowing clients to message their entire advisory team.
