Schedule Overview
Sort your Calendar view by Day, Week, Month, or List.
When you schedule a Task, it will appear on your Calendar with the icon that corresponds to its Task type.
Schedule Tasks
Posts – Share updates, insights, and resources with your clients.
Events – Set up calls, meetings, webinars, or in-person gatherings.
Reminders – Nudge clients about important dates, tasks, or deadlines.
Action Items – Assign tasks for clients to complete.
Direct Messages – Send personalized messages at a scheduled time.
Group Messages – If your firm uses system-created Team Group Messaging, you can now schedule messages directly to those group threads.
Scheduling Options
You can send tasks and communications:
Instantly – Deliver content immediately.
At a Future Date – Plan ahead and automate delivery.
Audience Selection
Tasks can be assigned to:
An individual Contact.
Contacts with a specific Tag.
Contact Type (Clients, Prospects, Leads)
Notifications
Every action scheduled triggers a push notification, keeping clients informed, engaged, and connected in real time!
Using Your Schedule
Click Schedule.
Click Schedule Task.
Make your Task selection.
Post Content: The text or media for the post
(Optional) Attachments: Images, videos, or documents to attach to the post
Message Content: The text of the message you want to send
(Optional) Attachments: Any files or links to include in the message
Choose Default or Custom Action Item
If Custom, input Action Item description
Due Date: When the task should be completed
Schedule an Event
Date and time
Event title
Event description
Location (physical or virtual link)
Choose Reminder Type
Default or Custom
Select who should receive it (tags, specific contacts, or contact types).
Select Send Now or Schedule, if Schedule, then make your date and time selections.
Click Save.
