The Advisor app is designed for managing client relationships and tasks while on the go.

It allows advisors to communicate with clients, schedule posts, action items, and events, and access client data—ideal when out of the office, meeting new clients, or attending events.

💡 Tip: Your Advising App is particularly useful when quick actions are in order:

  • Have a quick question for a client? Send them a message on the spot.

  • Write a post when and where the inspiration strikes.

  • Planning a future meeting? Schedule an event while it's on your mind.

  • Need to assign an action item? Do it from anywhere.

Once you download your firm's app, log in using the same credentials as your Advising Back Office.

For added convenience, set up Face ID for quick login access after you're in the app. This makes accessing your account faster and easier while on the go.

Easily access your ongoing conversations, whether one-on-one or group messages. Stay connected, keep it moving.


Profile

All about you (but mostly just your email).

Review your advisor details, but fair warning—there’s not much you’ll need to touch here. Think of it as your digital business card.
