Post Audience Selection

Tags

When you select one or more tags as your audience, your post will be sent to all contacts associated with those tags who are linked to you as their primary or secondary advisor.

This includes contacts across any template where you are assigned as an advisor or team member.

It’s an efficient way to share content with multiple clients at once!

Contacts

When you choose individual contacts as your audience, you have complete control over who receives your post.

Simply select one or more specific contacts from your list by typing in their name. This is perfect for delivering personalized messages or content meant for a particular client or a small group. It ensures your communication reaches exactly who you intend.

Template

When you select a template as your audience, your post will be sent to all contacts within that template where you are the primary or secondary advisor.

This option allows you to target a specific group of clients, prospects, or leads who are associated with the same template, ensuring your content is sent to the right people based on their stage or needs.

Post Timing Selection

With post timing selection, you have two options for when your content is delivered:

  • Send Now: Your post will be sent immediately to your selected audience.

  • Schedule: Choose a specific date and time for your post to be delivered, allowing you to plan and deliver content at the right moment.

This flexibility gives you control over your communication, making it easier to manage your messaging.

View Posts on Contact Feeds

If you want to view a post that has been scheduled and delivered to a contact's feed, you can easily do so through the Feed feature in the navigation menu.

Simply access the individual contact's feed to see all posts, including those you’ve already delivered. This gives you a straightforward way to review content and ensure it’s been sent to the right contact at the right time.
