Adding Video Content to Your Post

You can include video content in your post by pasting an embed code into the text field.

How to Get an Embed Code

Most video platforms (like YouTube or Vimeo) provide embed codes you can copy:

  • On YouTube or Vimeo, click the Share button below the video.

  • Select Embed.

  • Copy the full HTML embed code provided (it starts with <iframe ...>).

Paste this code into the Post Text Field field in the post editor. The video will display directly within the post once published.

✅ Make sure to use clean HTML iframe code. JavaScript and other unsupported elements won’t render in the post.

Post Audience Selection

Tags

When you select one or more tags as your audience, your post will be sent to all contacts associated with those tags who are linked to you as their primary or team/secondary advisor.

It’s an efficient way to share content with multiple clients at once!

Contacts

When you choose individual contacts as your audience, you have complete control over who receives your post.

Simply select one or more specific contacts from your list by typing in their name. This is perfect for delivering personalized messages or content meant for a particular client or a small group. It ensures your communication reaches exactly who you intend.

Contact Type

When scheduling a post to a specific Contact Type—Client, Prospect, or Lead—the post will be delivered to all contacts of that type associated with you, whether you're listed as their primary advisor or as a member of their advisory team.

This allows you to reach full segments of your book.

Post Timing Selection

With post timing selection, you have two options for when your content is delivered:

  • Send Now: Your post will be sent immediately to your selected audience.

  • Schedule: Choose a specific date and time for your post to be delivered, allowing you to plan and deliver content at the right moment.

This flexibility gives you control over your communication, making it easier to manage your messaging.

View Posts on Contact Feeds

If you want to view a post that has been scheduled and delivered to a contact's feed, you can easily do so through the Feed feature in the navigation menu.

Simply access the individual contact's feed to see all posts, including those you’ve already delivered. This gives you a straightforward way to review content and ensure it’s been sent to the right contact at the right time.
