Back Office Performance Upgrades

Improved Web Session Timeout Behavior
Session timeouts on the WebApp have been refined to balance security with usability. You’ll stay signed in longer without unnecessary interruptions, while still maintaining strong protection for client data.
Simplified Password Management
Admins, Advisors, and Contacts can now update their passwords from the right-side menu by clicking their profile picture. Two secure options are available:
Change Existing Password: Enter your current and new password with standard validations.
Via SMS: Receive a one-time passcode (OTP) on your registered phone number to set a new password.
Stronger Embedded Content Security
We’ve implemented Content Security Policy (CSP) protections behind the scenes, further safeguarding embedded third-party content across the platform.
Bulk Tag Assignment Made Easier
The Bulk Assign tab now opens in a streamlined page view, giving Admins and Users more control. You can filter contacts, select them using checkboxes, and then assign one or more tags in bulk—all in a faster, more organized flow.
App Update Popup
A new in-app popup now alerts users when a fresh version of the app is available. The message provides clear instructions to update, ensuring everyone stays on the latest version with the most secure and reliable experience.
Timezone Setup for First-Time Logins (Contacts)
Ensures contacts set their timezone when they first log in, preventing confusion with scheduled posts, reminders, and timestamps.
Document Sharing: Secure, Simple, and Integrated
New: Secure Document Upload and Management
Admins and Advisors can now securely upload, view, rename, download, and delete documents directly from a Contact’s Summary Page. Files appear instantly under the new Secure Documents tab. Can we add in here that these documents can be downloaded by the client?

New: Vault for Clients, Prospects, and Leads
Clients now have access to a clean, intuitive Vault where shared documents appear with labeled icons, upload dates, and file types. This makes it easier than ever for clients to find and manage important paperwork—no more digging through email threads. Contacts can download files directly from their vault.
The Vault is available across all contact types (clients, prospects, leads) and supports a consistent, trustworthy experience.
Feed Posts Just Got Smarter
Link Resources + Personalize with Placeholders
You now have more ways to make Feed posts impactful and tailored to your clients:
Attach Resources directly to Feed posts—share planning guides, checklists, disclosures, or videos to drive deeper engagement and reinforce your messaging.
Personalize messages with dynamic placeholders like <firstname>, <lastname>, <businessname>, and more. Personalization options are available in the Schedule Feed Form and in Onboarding Campaigns via a clickable placeholder list beside the text box.
Look for the new “Link Resource” option and the placeholder menu when creating or scheduling posts.
Advisor Tools & Team Oversight
Availability Status Now Live
Advisors and Admins can now manage their availability directly in the app—helping teams stay coordinated and giving clients clarity on when you’re reachable.

Out of Office Alerts
When an advisor is marked Out of Office, a message will automatically display in group chats: “[Advisor Name] is currently out of office and may not respond.”
Team Assignment Report for Admins
Admins can now generate a full Team Assignment Report, streamlining oversight of client-advisor connections.
