Password Management
Managing your password is essential for keeping your account secure. Admins, Advisors, and Contacts all have the ability to update their passwords directly from within the platform. You can change your password using one of three methods:
Enter your current and new password
Verify with an SMS one-time passcode (OTP)
Verify with an email one-time passcode (OTP)
Our system includes built-in security validations to ensure strong password protection.
How to Change Your Password
Click on your profile image in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Change Password.
Choose one of the following options:
Use Current Password: Enter your existing password, then create and confirm a new password.
Via SMS: Receive a one-time passcode (OTP) by text message and use it to set a new password.
Via Email: Receive a one-time passcode (OTP) by email and use it to set a new password.
