Configuration Workflows Highlight: Dynamic Cards

Dynamic Cards are now available.

You can now create a single scheduling or file-upload card and assign it to all contacts—no duplication required. Dynamic Cards automatically pull each advisor’s unique URL, ensuring every client sees the correct link behind the same shared card.

This gives your firm the ability to:

  • Eliminate the need to create or manage advisor-by-advisor cards

  • Deliver consistent, personalized touchpoints at scale

  • Dramatically reduce Card setup and maintenance effort

Clients get the right link every time. Your team sets it up once.


Activation Support Highlight: Last Invite Date

You can now view the Last Invite Date when bulk inviting or reinviting contacts.

This update helps teams:

  • Quickly identify who needs a follow-up

  • Assess the effectiveness of outreach

  • Maintain cleaner activation workflows


New: “My Team” Card

A new My Team Shortcut Card is now available.

This card gives clients a quick way to identify the team supporting them—ideal for multi-advisor relationships or firms with layered support roles.

It offers:

  • Clear visibility into the client’s advisory team

  • Faster routing to the right point of contact

  • A more personalized, relationship-forward experience


Experience Enhancements

Schedule Smarter – Pick the Sender

Now you can send scheduled messages, posts, or action items as yourself or as the Contact’s primary advisor.

Useful when you need to:

  • Keep the client experience consistent and relationship-driven by ensuring communication appears to come from the primary advisor, even when others are supporting behind the scenes.

  • Scale and streamline outreach by allowing admins or team members to schedule and manage communication without adding work to the advisor’s plate.

  • Maintain clarity and continuity in team-based workflows so multiple contributors can participate while the advisor remains the visible owner of the relationship.

Enhanced Messaging

Direct Messages and Group Messages now support attachments and text in a single send. This also applies to scheduled messages, Campaigns, and Community onboarding.

Image Cropper

You can now resize, zoom, and crop images during upload, ensuring consistent, polished visuals across all modules.

Improved Schedule Data Display

Calendar and List views now present scheduled items more clearly and consistently.

Shortcut Cards on Web

Shortcut Cards now appear on the contact Dashboard in the web app, matching the mobile experience.

Advisor-Specific CRM Imports

You can now filter by advisor when importing contacts. This lets admins import one advisor’s clients at a time and allows advisors to bring in only their own book—no more full-book imports when you don’t need them. This upgrade improves accuracy across all CRM-linked workflows and keeps your data cleaner from the start.


Bug Fixes & Additional Updates

  • Referral widget count now accurately matches the referral report

  • Mobile notification badge counts corrected

  • Special characters now supported in usernames

  • Prevent duplicate tag assignments

  • CRM sync: fixed country/state code mismatch

  • Resync option added for all vendor reports (Orion, Addepar, etc.)
