Marketing Flow Overview
The Marketing Flow feature helps your firm turn interest into action by capturing prospect information and guiding them into your firm's ecosystem. Once enabled, you can generate links that either direct prospects to schedule a call or prompt them to download the app and log in as a prospect or lead. All submitted information is stored in your Back Office.
Enable Marketing Flow
Toggle on the Marketing Flow setting in your platform settings to activate link creation tools.
Choose Your Link Type
Create one or both of the following link types depending on your firm’s prospecting strategy:
Marketing Link
Combines both options—after submitting their information, the prospect can choose to either schedule a call or download the app and log in. This link provides the most flexibility for your outreach efforts.
Call Booking Link
Collects prospect information and directs them to book a call with your team.
Download Our App Link
Collects prospect information, then prompts them to download the client app and log in as a Prospect or Lead. A tailored app experience for these contact types must be created in advance to provide a smooth first interaction.
Prospect Information Storage
Regardless of which link is used, all submitted information is automatically stored in your Back Office for follow-up, tracking, and conversion.
Flexible Deployment
Marketing Flow links can be embedded behind website buttons, shared during seminars, or distributed through digital campaigns and newsletters—putting control of lead generation into your hands.
Set Marketing Flow
Go to Settings in the Navigation Menu in the Admin Back Office.
Click Marketing in the left panel.
Toggle Marketing ON.
Input your firm's Marketing Email Address.
Next, set the Heading of your Landing Page.
Upload your video/image in an mp4 or png file format.
Input your Video Description.
Next, Update your Sign Up Page heading. This is the page your referral will be brought to upon clicking Download Our App or Book a Call.
The referral's information will be used to create them as a Prospect/Lead in your back office.
Toggle on Download Our App if you want referrals to be prompted to download and login to your firm's app experience as a Prospect immediately.
Toggle on Book a Call if you want referrals to be able to book a call via a Booking URL.
Input your Booking URL.
Update the heading on your Thank You / Confirmation Page. This is the page your referrals will see after submitting their information on the sign-up page.
We recommend enabling Auto-Assign to automatically enroll this Prospect/Lead into your dedicated Prospect/Lead Template.
Select your Prospect Template from the dropdown menu. This will ensure a smooth and seamless experience for your newly referred prospect.
Click Save.

Marketing Link

Thank You Confirmation Page
If a prospect selects Download Our App, they’ll be taken to a Thank You Confirmation Page with links to download your firm’s app. They can log in using the mobile number they provided during sign-up. To deliver a seamless experience, make sure an auto-assign template is set up for prospects or leads before sharing the link.
Booking Page
If a prospect selects Book a Call, they’ll be directed to your firm’s designated scheduling link—such as Calendly or another booking tool—to choose a time that works for them.
