Password Best Practices

πŸ’‘Tip: For enhanced security and a seamless login experience, we recommend that Contacts log in using their mobile number and enable Face ID authentication. This method provides the most secure and user-friendly access to the app.

However, if a contact is unable to log in, you can manually reset their password from the Back Office. Alternatively, contacts can use the Forgot Password? button on the login screen to reset their own credentials at any time.

Manually Reset a Contact Password

  1. Navigate to Contacts in the Navigation Menu.

  2. Search for your desired Contact.

  3. Click the Actions button next to your desired Contact.

  4. Click Reset Password.

  5. Input the New Password and click Submit.
