Overview
Bookmark Collections give contacts a way to save important feed posts from the mobile app or web experience. Contacts can bookmark a post, view saved posts from the Bookmarked feed, and create custom collections to organize posts by topic, need, or personal preference.
Bookmarked posts are saved to the default All bookmarked view. Contacts can also add bookmarked posts to custom collections.
What contacts can do
With Bookmark Collections, contacts can:
Save feed posts for later reference
View all saved posts from the Bookmarked feed
Create custom bookmark collections
Add bookmarked posts to a collection
Rename or delete custom collections
Delete custom collections without deleting the bookmarked posts
When a custom collection is deleted, the posts in that collection remain bookmarked and move back to the default bookmarked view.
Bookmark a feed post
To bookmark a post:
Open the Feed.
Find the post you want to save.
Tap the Bookmark icon below the post.
Once selected, the bookmark icon appears filled in, and the post is added to the contact’s bookmarked posts.
View bookmarked posts
To view saved posts:
Open the Feed.
Select Bookmarked at the top of the page.
The number beside Bookmarked shows how many posts the contact has saved.
View bookmark collections
From the Bookmarked feed, contacts can view:
All: Shows all bookmarked posts
Collections: Shows custom collections created by the contact
On mobile, the Bookmarked view shows an All section under Posts, followed by any custom collections.

Create a bookmark collection
To create a new collection:
Go to Feed.
Select Bookmarked.
Select the + icon or New Collection.
Enter a collection name.
Select Create & Save.
The new collection will appear under Collections.

Add a bookmarked post to a collection
To add a post to a collection:
Tap the Bookmark icon on a feed post.
In the Save Post menu, confirm the post is saved.
Under Collections, select the + icon next to the collection where the post should be added.
The post will remain bookmarked and will also appear in the selected collection.

Unsave a post
To remove a bookmark from a post:
Tap the saved Bookmark icon.
In the Save Post menu, tap the saved bookmark icon or use the Tap to unsave option.
The post will be removed from bookmarked posts and any collections where it was saved.
Manage bookmark collections
Contacts can manage custom collections from the Bookmarked view. Depending on the available options, contacts may be able to:
Rename a collection
Add posts to a collection
Remove posts from a collection
Delete a custom collection
Deleting a custom collection does not delete the posts inside it. Those posts remain bookmarked and return to the default bookmarked view.
