Overview
This release introduces immediate email alerts for advisor direct messages, clearer outreach management, improved content organization, advisor profile updates, expanded notification configuration options, and more efficient admin workflows.
Advisor Email Alerts for Direct Messages
Advisors and team members can now receive an immediate email notification when they receive a direct message or group message in the app.
This gives advisor teams another way to stay aware of new client messages. The email is customizable and can include key message details, including the contact name, time received, and a preview of the message, with a link back to the conversation in the app.
This update applies to advisor and firm user notifications only. Contacts do not receive these email alerts for direct messages or group messages.
This update helps firms:
Support faster awareness of direct message activity
Give advisor teams another notification channel outside the app
Keep follow-up activity connected to the secure in-app conversation
Admins can edit and turn this setting on or off at the firm level in 🍎Notification Configuration (Direct Messages - Immediate Email)
Outreach, Posting, and Content Organization
Schedule is now Outreach
The Schedule area has been renamed Outreach to better reflect how teams use this space to plan, review, and manage client-facing communication.
Preview content has also been updated across outreach options, giving users clearer information before content is sent.
Improved Feed Post Display
Feed post formatting and display have been improved to make content easier to read and review.
This includes updates to:
Line and paragraph spacing when writing feed posts
Image, video, and link preview placement
See more / see less behavior for comments and replies
These updates create a cleaner viewing experience for longer posts, comments, and conversations.
Bookmark Collections for Feed Posts
Contacts can now save feed posts to a default bookmark collection or create custom collections to organize saved content.
With Bookmark Collections, contacts can:
Save feed posts for later reference
Access saved posts from the Bookmarks option
Create, edit, move, and organize bookmark collections
Delete custom collections without losing bookmarked posts, since posts move back to the Default collection
Resource Library Organization Improvements
Admins and Advisors can now move single or multiple resources between folders in the Resource Library.
When an Admin updates Resource Library organization, those changes are available to all advisors. This helps firms keep client-facing materials easier to organize, maintain, and navigate.
Advisor/Team Profile Phone Preferences
Advisor Profiles now support separate fields for:
Mobile phone
Office phone
Office extension
Advisors can select a Preferred Phone Number, which displays to clients on the My Team screen in the mobile app.
Calling is only enabled when valid phone details are available. If phone data is removed, preferences update accordingly.
Referral Configuration
Admins can now configure referral systems for advisors directly from the admin workflow.
Previously, referral setup required logging in as each individual advisor to configure their referral system. Admins can now manage this setup centrally, reducing repetitive setup work and giving firms a cleaner way to prepare referral workflows across advisor teams.
This update helps firms:
Configure advisor referral systems from an admin view
Reduce manual setup across individual advisor accounts
Keep referral workflows more consistent across teams
Support advisor readiness without requiring advisor-by-advisor configuration
Notification Configuration Updates
This release includes updates that give firms more flexibility and visibility around notification-related workflows.
Secure Files Uploader Visibility
The Secure Files section now displays the uploader name, giving teams clearer context when reviewing uploaded files.
Vendor Disconnection Email Updates
Vendor disconnection emails have been updated to more clearly highlight when a connection requires attention.
Custom Notification Archival
Custom notification activity can now be archived in configured archival tools. This includes delivery, edits, resends, and deletions.
Archival behavior aligns with existing compliance retention patterns for Messages and Feeds.
Contact and Reporting Improvements
Preferred Name Display and Search Support
Preferred names now display in supported areas of the platform when available.
When a preferred name is present, the contact name will display using the preferred name format. Contacts without a preferred name will continue to display with their standard first and last name.
Search also now includes preferred names, making it easier for teams to find contacts using the name they commonly use.
Advisor Experience Report Email Visibility
The Advisor Experience Report now includes a Contact email column, giving teams an additional identifier when reviewing advisor experience activity and report data.
Mobile App Design Updates
The mobile app has been refreshed with updated typography and design elements to create a more consistent experience across screens.
These updates include font changes, refined spacing, and visual improvements throughout the app. Core navigation and workflows remain the same.
Bug Fixes and Usability Improvements
Admins and advisors can now mark contacts as Disabled via CRM
User-level cards without URLs are now hidden from the client view.
The Referral page sign-up heading has been updated to show the correct value instead of the landing page heading.
Mobile login validation has been enhanced so biometric access is invalidated when a user is deleted or their email address changes.
