Overview
Advisors can add separate phone details for mobile phone, office phone, and office extension, then select a Preferred Phone #. The selected preferred phone option displays to clients on the My Team screen.
Calling is only available when valid phone details are entered. If phone information is removed from the profile, the available preferences update so clients do not see an incomplete or unavailable calling option.
Where to Manage Phone Preferences
Advisor Profile phone preferences are managed from the advisor’s profile settings in the Back Office. Advisor profile details can be accessed by selecting the profile image in the top-right corner of the Back Office, then selecting Manage Account.
To update phone preferences:
Click your profile image in the top-right corner of the Back Office.
Select Manage Account.
Open the Profile Overview tab.
Update the phone fields as needed.
Select a Preferred Phone #.
Click Save.

Mobile Phone #
Office Phone #
Office Extension #

Preferred Phone Options
Advisors can select which phone option should display to clients.
Available options may include:
None
Mobile
Office
Office + Extension
The selected option determines which phone number clients see from the advisor’s profile on the My Team screen in the mobile app.
How Calling Works
Calling is only enabled when the selected preferred phone option has valid phone details available.
For example:
If Mobile is selected, a valid mobile phone number must be entered.
If Office is selected, a valid office phone number must be entered.
If Office + Extension is selected, both the office phone number and office extension should be entered.
If valid phone details are not available, clients will not be able to call that advisor from the My Team screen.
What Happens When Phone Details Are Removed
If phone information is removed from the Advisor Profile, the preferred phone options update accordingly.
For example:
If the mobile phone number is removed, Mobile will no longer be available as a valid preferred phone option.
If the office extension is removed, Office + Extension may no longer be available.
If no phone number should display to clients, select None.
