Advisor Profile Overview

Your Advisor Profile, imported from your firm's CRM, includes essential contact information such as phone number and email, which are required for syncing and logging into the platform.

It also contains basic details like name, title, address, state, zip code, and time zone, along with the advisor's booking Calendar's URL for scheduling.

The firm's CRM serves as the source of truth for all advisor profile information.

To maintain consistency across the platform, we recommend that any changes to advisor details be made directly in the CRM.

Once updated there, the changes can be synced to the platform, ensuring that the most accurate and up-to-date information is reflected. This approach reduces the risk of discrepancies and ensures that all teams within the firm are working with the same reliable data, streamlining operations and maintaining consistency throughout the system.

⚠️ Caution: If you update details directly in your back office and your profile is later synced and updated from the CRM, your changes may be overridden! Consult with your Admin before you make changes directly in the platform.

Sync and Update Advisor Profile from the CRM (Admin Only)

Admins can sync and update Advisor Profile information by accessing the Advisors Module.

The firm's CRM serves as the source of truth for all advisor profile information. To maintain consistency across the platform, we recommend that any changes to advisor details be made directly in the CRM.

Once updated there, the changes can be synced to the platform, ensuring that the most accurate and up-to-date information is reflected. Update Advisor Details in Your Platform

If your firm is not using a CRM, you can update advisor details directly within the platform to keep the information current and consistent.

  1. Click on your Profile Image in the top right-hand corner of your back office.

  2. Click Manage Account.
    ​

  3. Make updates/desired changes.

  4. Click Save.

⚠️ Caution: If you update details here and your profile is later synced and updated from the CRM, your changes may be overridden! Consult with your Admin before you make changes directly in the platform.
