What are Contact Statuses?

Understanding the Assigned, Invited, and Active contact statuses is crucial for you in managing your workflow effectively.

When you know a contact is Invited, you can focus on encouraging them to log in, while for Assigned contacts, you can rest assured they are set up to receive the right experience when they're ready.

Once a contact becomes Active, you can focus on delivering personalized services and tracking their progress through the onboarding journey. This helps you stay organized, prioritize your efforts, and engage clients at the right time, ultimately boosting your efficiency and success.

  • Synced and imported to the back office

  • Assigned an Experience

  • Has not been sent a system invite

  • Has not yet logged in to activate their experience

Invited

  • Assigned an Experience

  • Received an invitation to the app experience

  • Has not yet logged in to activate their experience

Active

  • Dowloaded and logged into your app

  • Actively using the platform

  • In-App Onboarding Campaign began on Start Date
