Contact Metrics Snap Shot
The Contact Metrics Snapshot on the Summary Page offers advisors a quick and clear overview of key contact data, including the number of active contacts, invited contacts, and assigned contacts.
This snapshot enables advisors to assess their client base at a glance, track engagement, and identify opportunities for further interaction or support, all in one place.
Contact Status Types
Invited
Contacts who have been sent a system invitation to the app but have not yet logged in to activate their experience.
Active
Contacts who have downloaded the app, logged in, and are actively using the platform. Their onboarding journey has started. Their start date will be indicated in the Contacts module.
Assigned
Contacts have been assigned to a specific Advisor Template, indicating they are part of a tailored onboarding journey or client management process, but are not yet active in the app. They have not received a system invite.
💡Tip: Contacts can log in to their experience as soon as they are assigned to a template. A system invite is not required for access.
Default Card Template Selection
Default Card Template Selection lets advisors assign a pre-configured set of cards to an Advisor Template. This template will automatically be applied to any contact assigned to that template, streamlining the client experience and saving time.
