Contacts in Your Advisor Template Overview

View, assign, and invite contacts to your firm’s app while customizing individual resources and onboarding journeys. This section streamlines delivering tailored experiences to each contact throughout their journey.


View Contacts in Your Advisor Template

  1. Navigate to Templates in the Navigation Menu.

  2. Select you desired Advisor Template.

  3. Click Contacts in the top menu.

  4. You can get a quick view of the following information:

    • Contact Name and Email

    • Start Date (their first time logging in)

    • Last Login Date and Time


Assign and Invite Contacts to Their Experience

💡 Tip: You can only assign contacts that match the Contact Type and Primary Advisor specified in the Advisor Template.

Assign and Invite Imported Contacts to Advisor Templates in Bulk

  1. Navigate to Templates.

  2. Navigate to the desired Advisor Template.

  3. Click Contacts.

  4. Click Assign.

  5. Select the desired Contacts or assign in bulk.

    Reminder: Only contacts with the same Primary Advisor, as defined by the Advisor Template, can be assigned to that template.


    You have two options–

  6. Click Assign to assign the Contact to the Template. The Contact will not receive any notification of this assignment.

    OR

  7. Click Assign and Invite to assign the Contact to the Template AND send an SMS and Email Invitation to download your firm's app and join your app experience.

If you choose the first option (step 6), your Contacts will show in your Advisor Template as Assigned and can be invited at any time.

💡Tip: Even if your Assigned Contact does NOT receive a System Invite, they can still log in using their associated email or phone number. If they’re invited outside the system by you or the firm (in person or via email campaign), they can still access their experience!

Individually Invite Assigned Contacts to Advisor Templates

Once you've assigned an Individual Contact to a Template, you're ready to send a system invite.

  1. Navigate to Templates.

  2. Navigate to the desired Advisor Template.

  3. Click Contacts.

  4. Click the Actions drop down.

  5. Click Invite.

  6. This triggers a SMS and Email Invitation to download your firm's app and join your app experience

  7. The Contact Status will now reflect as Invited.


Update Individual Resources and Featured Resources for a Contact

  1. Click the Actions drop down of the desired Contact.

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Use the top menu to navigate to Resources or Featured Resources.

Make your desired updates, remember this is only impacting the selected contact's experience!



Update Individual Contact's Onboarding Journey

  1. Click the Actions drop down of the desired Contact.

  2. Click Set Schedule

  3. Make your desired updates, remember this is only impacting the selected contact's experience!

  4. Edit or Delete previously scheduled items by clicking triple dot icon (...).

  5. Schedule new items by clicking the + icon on the desired date.
