Overview of eMoney Integration
Fynancial empowers RIAs to connect with clients more effectively through their own personalized, branded app. The Fynancial app integrates traditional wealth management tools with contemporary social engagement features, revolutionizing how Advisors interact with their clients. Fynancial’s integration with eMoney offers the following capabilities:
Key Features
Displays the client’s key performance metrics like Assets, Liabilities, and Total Net Worth.
Allows end clients to access and view documents stored in the eMoney Vault, directly within the Fynancial mobile app.
Generate an eMoney Contact report for quick insights about your end clients using eMoney.
Establishing the Your eMoney Connection
⚠️ Note: In order to integrate with eMoney, the firm must have (or plan to procure) an eMoney API License. This is required for establishing connection and is an additional cost outside of the Fynancial platform.
Step 1: Contact your firm’s designated eMoney support representative to retrieve the required authentication credentials (clientid, clientsecret, apikey, and certificate) for your firm. Once retrieved, provide them via a secure sharing method to the Fynancial team.
Step 2: The provided credentials will be configured by our team in the firm’s Fynancial back office. Once configured, our team will notify you when the connection is established successfully.
Once both steps are completed, you will see an indicator from the Integrations page that eMoney is connected.
Setting up Clients
Now that the connection has been established, it’s time to connect each of your clients’ profiles so that their eMoney Integration Cards display within both mobile and web experiences.
💡 Note: If your firm stores eMoney IDs within the CRM that we are connected with, we can automatically extract and map the Ids during the Contact sync.
To manually map a Contact with their eMoney ID, click on Contacts from the Admin or Advisor Back Office:
Navigate to the Contacts page in the Left Navigation Menu
2. Here you can either search for a contact or select one from the list by clicking on Actions > Edit next to the contact, or directly clicking the Contact name in the results table.
3. From the Contact Summary Page, navigate to the Integrations tab.
4. On the integrations tab, you will see an input field for the Contact’s eMoney ID. You can either enter it directly here, or you can click on the magnifying glass icon to search for the Contact’s eMoney ID.
5. To search, click on the magnifying glass which gives you the ability to search for the eMoney ID using the Contact’s First Name, Last Name, or Email Address.
6. Once you have located the Contact, click Select to associate it to the Contact’s Account.
7. Then click Save and the eMoney ID will be associated with the Contact:
The integration configuration and setup is now complete, and your client or prospect will now be able to see the eMoney Integration Card displayed upon logging into either the Mobile or Web Experiences.
