Log In with Your Mobile Number
Navigate to your firm's back office URL
Once your Admin has created your account, you can login to your back office with your Advisor credentials at your firm's URL. Your Advisor account should have your mobile number and Advising email associated.
Input the mobile number associated to your Advisor account
If you're unsure of the phone number associated to your account, contact your Admin.
Input the 6-digit SMS code sent to your device

Log In with Your Email Address
Navigate to your firm's back office URL
Once your Admin has created your account, you can login to your back office with your Advisor credentials at your firm's URL. Your Advisor account should have your mobile number and Advising Email associated.

If you're unsure of the email associated to your account, contact your Admin.
